Called to inquire about maintenance check of a Samsung heat pump. Receptionist could not provide any details on estimated fees or time for routine maintenance.
They were quick to respond, and they gave us a reasonable quote. Their service staff reached our home as scheduled and got the job done efficiently.
Manager was super prompt in getting out to the house and working to figure out what the problem was. Then I fixed it. Super friendly. More than fair pricing. This is my go to guy now! Highly recommend!
