Great to deal with, very knowledgeable. Easy delivery and set up. BUT, do not go with their suggested electrical company, get quotes from others. We were told it would be about $500. It cost $1600.

I mistakenly called Seattle Hot Tub with some chemical questions as a new tub owner. Even though I didn't buy my hot tub from them, Nick was kind enough to take the time to answer all my questions. He is incredibly knowledgeable and was an absolute pleasure to speak with. Nick truly went above and beyond, leaving a fantastic impression and delivering top-tier customer service. I will definitely reach out to him if I decide to upgrade or switch tubs in the future!

Purchased my hot tub from here about 4 years ago and have been very satisfied. Something went wrong and they sent their tech out who diagnosed a bad control board and came back a few days later and installed and got it working again--all under warranty, so no charge and done with clear experience and competence. Their recommended hot tub with a 5 year warranty proved to be a great recommendation. Clear communication and professional work.
