Looked at a lot of tubs and went with these guys. Great price and I didn't feel like we were being sold. They took the time to let us wet test every model they had lol. We got the nice tub and saved a bunch compared to other competitors. Got the tub in a couple weeks, delivery guys were really good. A valve on the tub started leaking and they were out within a few days to check it out. Had to get parts and a week later the part came and they fixed it. The delivery process was just as impressive. Despite the tricky, tight spot where we wanted the tub placed, the crew skillfully navigated the challenge and got it set up flawlessly. We just got our Marquis Crown Epic delivered 3 days ago and it is beyond our expectation! The buying process with Dalton was a combination of No Pressure Sales, Patience, Knowledge, Courtesy etc... I bought my Marquis hot tub eight years ago and I have been very happy with it. I recently moved my tub in my yard and it stopped working. I called Seattle Hot Tubs and I ended up talking to Ryan. He spent an hour with me on the phone helping me test different parts of the tub with my multimeter. We determined that a tech needed to look at it. It cost $400 and a heating element plus a couple of other parts. I couldn't be happier as a new 2/3 person tub is just just over $7,500. Seattle Hot Tub Company you rock!
