Purchased my hot tub from here about 4 years ago and have been very satisfied. Something went wrong and they sent their tech out who diagnosed a bad control board and came back a few days later and installed and got it working again--all under warranty, so no charge and done with clear experience and competence. Their recommended hot tub with a 5 year warranty proved to be a great recommendation. Clear communication and professional work.
Bought a 2021 Hot Springs hot tub from private party and discovered that half of the spa cover was waterlogged! Spoke with Nick, who answered all my questions and concerns and gave excellent, friendly and professional advice on how to go about replacing the cover. Thank you Nick for all your help and recommendations. I know where I will be going for any future spa needs or questions!
