Worst dissapointment ever. My boyfriend was negotiating to get a hot tub, he arranged with the manager for up to 6800, so when he is planning to go , he text the guy if he has any available at the price, they talked ended, and the manager says and the original price was until December 1 , (the offer )the seller came back telling that is was until november 30, when that wasnt the aggreement , so my boyfriend asks him if he has a 68 hundred tub to sell him and the manager, says yes by text, so he goes back to order his tub. The best hot tub buying experience! This was my first hot tub buying experience and it couldn't have been better! The salesman Nick was patient and really listened to what I was looking for and explained all my options. There was no pressure or rush! I 100% recommend this store for first time hot tub buyers.

We've owned our new hot tub for a few months now. We bought a Cal Spa from Nick and couldn't be happier. Nick was great, he was knowledgeable, patient and nice. He didnt give us any run around like other companies we had visited. The price and warranty were great. Delivery team was excellent, as we had a challenging delivery with a few tight corners and steps. Thanks again Seattle Hot Tub.
