The tour was great. The pilot was great, the ride was very smooth and he was very professional. I would of gave them a 5 stars, if only the address would of been updated. I was sent to 8535 Perimeter Rd according to an email that I received and when I get there, I called the office only to find out that we were in the wrong location, and the automated email did not update the address. Seattle Helicopter Tours exceed my expectations on a recent flight over Seattle. I arranged to have a doors-off flight for a photo tour. The pilot was outstanding in terms of his skills and safety-oriented approach. He took an interest in my photos and we worked as a team. Hope to return for another flight soon.
We had an excellent time with our tour over Bellevue/Seattle. They were courteous and professional the entire time. The pilot was a great tour guide and also flew very well. Didn't even have to wait for our scheduled time as they got us in 10 minutes early (I'm sure this would change depending on the season). Ultimately we had a great time and would love to go back again.

These guys know how to ruin a nice summer day/evening. They routinely fly low over neighborhoods where people are trying to enjoy the cool evening outside (not many air conditioned homes here in Seattle). I counted 5 copters one weekend day. Loud enough where we had to pause our conversation until Capt. Kilgore's choppers cleared the perimeter. CHARLIE DON'T SURF Boo helitours.
Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a double birthday gift and we get there and are told there is no reservation....and was told to come back tomorrow. Totally ruined the birthday surprise! All they say is....Sorry. We will never fly with this company and will not recommend it to anyone!
Had a fantastic time. If your ever in Seattle take a helitour with these folks!
