Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this company. I called them on a Monday and they did call me back quickly! They immediately scheduled someone to come out the next day. The problem however was entirely with the receptionist. Over the phone, I specifically told her the type of unit I had. She said ok. I made a point of this because I had had a hard time finding someone to come out to serve this particular unit. My 20+ year old gas furnace broke down just the day prior of my Airbnb guest check in date. I started calling several well known seattle providers and the largest majority of them didn't even return my calls after two days from the time I placed it. Julia from Seattle Heating and Cooling returned my call after about an hour and set up a skilful team of two to go to my house and diagnose the problem. This is a contractor which used to have much stronger web presence : with a group of main contact phone numbers which rotate randomly, with three office locations listed yet you won’t be able to find any, because two of them have the owner’s other two businesses and the third one didn’t even exist.
