Going to see Hilary for a prenatal physical therapy appointment was one of the best decisions I made throughout my whole pregnancy. I would HIGHLY recommend any pregnant woman to go see her. I believe that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure and wanted to learn how to prevent the most common pregnancy related physical complications.
