I have been seeing Renata Padilha for therapeutic massage for quite a few years now. She has an extensive knowledge of the human body and an intuitive sense on how to help you heal. To help you meet your body's goals, she incorporates a wide variety of techniques, such as stretching, deep tissue, articulation, fascia release and others. I highly recommend her as a massage therapist.
Renata used gentle and firm pressure skillfully, whatever was needed. She worked with kindness, compassion, and calm. She is a find.
