I wish I lived near here so that I Dr. Vega could be my Dr. I drove 3.5hrs to get some tests that I wasn't able to schedule in a reasonable time in my hometown. Not only was this the best medical experience of my life (empathy, understanding, genuine care and concern, asking appropriate questions and really listening to the answers in a human manner) but efficient, thorough, and personable. Dr. Bolton took an appointment with me knowing she wasn’t going to help me with what I needed. She kept trying to push me to take anti-anxiety meds even though I said I didn’t want to. She prescribed me some in my first appointment which was not supposed to be used with current meds which she knew that I took and asked me about minutes ago in that appointment. Dr. Fernando Vega is the best Doctor I have seen, hands down, in my 63 years of life. He is kind, considerate, caring and very patient. He makes you feel like you are the only patient he has for the day. He also cares deeply about the whole person, asking questions about you life and actively listening, even taking notes and referring to the notes at later visits. I cannot recommend anyone more highly than Dr. Vega!
