Greg has many years of experience in home renovation and it evident in his works. He is very honest with his estimate and honored his price. His works are top quality, which makes him very high in demand and hard to book him. Greg is very passionate about his works and he puts his heart into his projects. I really enjoyed working with Greg.

We just wrapped up a renovation and have been so happy with the results. Phil Rice was fantastic to work with — communicative, knowledgeable, trustworthy — and the whole team did a great job. Mike and Sean were the others here the longest and they did great work. Everyone was kind and thoughtful, too. We’d love to have the same crew for future work we do on our house. A client home needed repairs and updates in nearly every room including plumbing, electrical, insulation and windows plus a new part of the fence. Phil and crew at “Greg The Contractor” were thorough and thoughtful with both the bid and the timely high quality work done. I would hire Greg The Contractor again.

We had a pretty extensive set of needs, including 2 shower remodels with subway tile, plumbing fixes in the crawlspace, mold in the drywall, leaking roof, and more, and Greg and Phil knocked it all out with amazing quality and speed. Additionally, they were incredibly thorough, accommodating and helpful in explaining the rationale behind each decision. Will absolutely hire them for my next job.
