I left the salon feeling heart broken. I went it for a wash and blowout, and adjusting my curtain bangs. Instead, I left with a crusty scalp due to poor washed off shampoo and conditioner, rigid straight hair and a SHOULDER LENGHT BOB that I hadn’t asked for. The hair dresser turned me away from the mirror as she did my hair, so I couldn’t see that she was cutting a whole lot more than just split ends…. Not good
The main hair stylist does a very rushed job and not through. Hair cut only took 10 minutes and very rustic. Basically took scissors and cut my hair. I could have done it myself. Won't go back and wouldn't recommend it.
