I have been trying to get an appointment with Seattle Gyn for about a month a finally lucked out on getting an appointment that worked with my schedule. I received an appointment reminder card in the mail for 9am, however the morning of the reception calls to tell me my appointment was at 8am. I explained the miscommunication and she told me I couldn't come in and there was really no availability for another month. God forbid you're coming in for any type of urgent issue.
