Very poor experience working with this company. Retaining wall work was very sloppy. Cut corners and did not take their time to make a quality finished product. When I had concerns about the work, they said nothing could be done to fix it initially. Then they had to come back to fix the work four separate times after it was “completed”. It was a terrible experience from “after they got the first payment.” The sales process was epic, then the project started, and that is when it went south. 5 months behind schedule, poor quality, poor attitude, rude approach the man acrually said “stop being so dramatic..” after I the client expressed concerns about their team, and lack of professionalism. 🤦‍♂️ Anyway, here we are “7 years after their butchering,” ehm, landscaping and remodeling project, and we are still dealing with the aftermath.
