I signed a contract with SFR in January to repair a significant dip in my home's interior floor and install drainage from my gutters to prevent further damage. Like other reviewers, I am also waiting on a refund for a work cancellation from three and a half months ago! Every time I email them, they say management is working on it and "thank you for your patience" and then I never hear from them. Last time I emailed, the executive assistant "Rea" said the "higher operations" team is out of town. Really? There is no one available to help me get this sorted out? And no information on when this team would supposedly return. This was two weeks ago and I have heard nothing from them sinc... read more

If somebody here has some suggestions on what to do---I'm trying to get my money back from Seattle Foundation Repair. I paid the deposit they requested, SFR did the demo, but didn't built the wall--I followed up for several months (email, phone, their call center in the Philippines), I also asked for help from Better Business Bureau (who responded by saying SFR is not responding to them either), but I'm still owed money and they just don't respond.
