VERY RUDE & UNHELPFUL!!! I Called to get advice for my husband to start a case or to see if we needed to take steps to start a case. after only asking me the name of the party's involved by "Janet" I was told to have the man involved call himself and was rudely hung up on without asking if I needed further help with questions, she didn't even bother to ask if I was the legal spouse of the involved male.
