I have been a member of this gym ever since it took over (in a very messy, confusing and poorly-communicated fashion) Allstar Fitness. For the first year things seemed great. Then the owners started making drastic changes, each of which diminished the usability of the gym. They cut the space of the Medical - Dental building in half, removed a good number of machines (ones I used all the time) took out the women's gym and cut their hours. So you had more people competing for fewer machines in a space half the size during shor... read more

I am no longer a fan of this facility in any way. They have attempted to maximize profit by eliminating the women's conditioning section and reducing the size of the shared conditioning/free weight area by 50%. That space is now being used by personal trainers, as well as this stupid thing called the "FLIGHT" program, which is a bunch of group classes that you have to pay extra for... When I inquired with the staff about the elimination of the women's section, their response was "yeah, we understand you are upset, but hardly... read more

Signed up for a 2 month coupon deal and ended up locked into a 6 month minimum contract. My own fault, should have read all the fine print when I was signing "the waivers" (they weren't "just the standard waivers"), it was a contract. Then in order to cancel, I had to wait 6 months or get charged a $200 cancellation fee. After waiting 6 months I had mail (not email) a written request. These people SUCK!!!!! the only places that operate this way are those that are designed to take advantage of people.

Just... Just no. I hate being guilted for not going into the gym but I'm a college student in my Senior year and was so when I joined. I made a effort when my schedule was free at first but the condescending attitudes, the lack of help and other things have made me wish I never came to this gym ever. Now I'm in the process of quitting and these people are giving me a hard time even with that. Of course. Save your money.
