Dr. Nguyen was awesome! A to-the-point no-nonsense doctor who did a great job on my tooth. I couldn't get a CT Scan because of my insurance and he was willing to work around that, and I can tell a lot of care and attention went into doing the procedure properly. Glad there are Endodontists in Seattle who are enjoyable to work with! Office staff very kind as well.
They are very good to resolve the conflicts. Apparently their service primarily focused on customer satisfaction.
Worst experience. Tried to charge me multiple times for X-rays even though I provided X-rays and was referred to them by another dentist. Then they told me it would be a certain price then when I went to check out they decided to charge me more. Then when I inquired they couldn’t give me a valid reason. Very unprofessional and thieves. I would avoid going here at all costs.
