I had the worst experience with receptionist. Receptionist was a careless and provided no help. Hope the business owner reads the reviews and will resolve the issue

We recently had a fantastic physical therapist of ours move to Seattle's Elite Physical Therapy, and because of how good she is, we decided to make the drive over to Seattle from the Eastside. Unfortunately, though, we lost far more than a nearby office - we lost the great relationship we had with the billing department at our previous PT office. Physical therapy is not anything you want, it means something has gone wrong. However when you do need it you want it to be done with competence and good communication. Both of those I found at Seattle's Elite Physical Therapy. My injury is on the way to healing and more important they are concerned with making sure I know what I need to do to prevent it from reoccurring.
