This is an e-bike shop, but the staff kindly let me borrow tools and use their work stand to true the disc brake rotor on my gravel bike.
Very good bike rental spot. Fair price, reliable bikes, great service from the people working the front. They set me up with an E-bike that had various pedal assist modes, which was great for me because I was biking on a mild calf strain.
Such a fantastic experience here. I haven't ridden a bike in about 20 years, and I've never been particularly good at it. But living so close to a wonderful bike trail, I decided to give it another go. Kyle was incredibly patient with me, figuring out the right rental bike and giving me lots of encouragement. I enjoyed it so much, I bought a bike a couple of days later. Kyle was once again very helpful and spent a lot of time with me as we figured out the perfect bike.
Brought my Trek Super Commuter in for a servicing and a couple target maintenance items. Kyle was really friendly getting me checked in and the quote process for the work was quick and reasonable. Hau was the bike tech that performed the work and it was exceptional, not to mention a turnaround that worked conveniently with my schedule.
