I used the rental service and was treated very nicely, given an excellent bike and the process was smooth, easy and I was provided with everything including helmet. After my ride the return was even easier. When I returned I wanted to know more about the bike I rented. The staff was friendly and taught me a lot about e-bikes and went over their inventory and the different kinds of bikes after my ride. I’ll definitely be looking to purchase a bike here soon!
My partner and I rented e-bikes from them on Saturday and we had a great experience from start to finish! I've never been on an e-bike before and we had planned a 40-mile bike ride to/from downtown Seattle. One of the employees, Kyle, was incredible to work with. He made it super clear on how to use them and even gave us a free upgrade to e-bikes with a longer battery life to ensure our bike ride went smoothly. We will absolutely be back if we are in need of renting out e-bikes!!
