These guys made it great to get my first e bike. Dude rode with me on the river and showed me a hill so I could get the feel. They also suggested and got me a mips helmet. I took my first spill and bonked the back of my head on the pavement and the helmet they suggested was perfect. Solid job thanks guys.
Charged 44 dollars to put air in a single tire, didn't replace anything, simply put air in the tire. I was only told of the price after they gave me my bike back, unbelievable.
I very rarely ever write reviews. But today Kyle, Rory and Nathan earned 5 stars for knowledge, friendliness and educating me about pros & cons between 2 models that I had researched well prior to my bike trial visit. Kyle even accompanied my friend in extensive test riding including on a trail. I informed Kyle of a specific bike and shop that I was visiting next for comparison. We had an awesome experience! I went to help my mom pick out her first E bike. They were so helpful with going over all the options and answering all our questions (we’re new to E bikes). When we picked one out I realized my bike rack wouldn’t work, and they went above and beyond helping us figure out how to get it in my car. Overall great service and super kind people!
Very knowledgeable and friendly crew. They helped us understand all our options and educated us on things to look for during test rides which gave us the confidence to pick the perfect bike for our family.
