You order what you want and they give you something else and it happened to me 3 times.
John was beyond a rock star! He was extremely professional, helpful and quick. He conducted himself with stellar excellence. He knows his stuff and was respectful and patient with us during a really frustrating time. Our sink had given way the day before Thanksgiving and we were hosting, John made time to talk with us during a holiday and guided me through a temp fix until he could make it out (which was the NEXT day). I can't think him enough and if you're debating if he's the right guy for the job, look no further, HE IS!
They were responsive, professional, and the knowledgable on all available options within my budget. I highly recommend anyone replacing countertops in their kitchen call Seattle Countertops first!
