Brought my car in to replace my drivers side mirror. They first told me this is not a problem to fix they just needed to change the housing and use the original mirror because the mirror had not been damaged at all. Then I call them to pick up my car an hour before they close and the lady Diane goes on about how the tech broke my mirror trying to fix it?? and gives me a BS reason and comes up with another thing wrong saying something about the mirror motor was broken which is absolute bull crap because I could use the mirror... read more
