The level of incompetence for their customer service representatives is genuinely appalling. Is incompetence a job qualification for employment here? They incorrectly bill a former tenant for services after the customer moved out of a residence. Said customer is 4 months past the move out and 4+ phone calls, with 4+ promises to have this fixed, and yet again, this was not fixed! What do people have to do to get their account corrected?!

The most incompetent City department ever. The workers and linemen are all IBEW union members so they think they are untouchable GODS. Pray that you do not have to deal with the incompetence of this city department. Slow service time and arbitrary judgements on when they can come out and do a service appointment Its almost like they feel like they are doing you a favor by coming to your property and giving you power.

Don’t bother going here for any kind of “service”. The staff told me all they can do is accept payments, don’t waste your time coming here like I did!
