We were told the max wait was 2.5 hours and when I mentioned we might go home because our baby needed to sleep and there wasn’t anywhere dim or quiet in the area, they recommended staying anyways and said they would bring medication for her soon. After 3 hours they had not brought anything and the nurse at the front was extremely rude when we inquired about it, she also said they couldn’t tell us when we’d be seen by a doctor but “there are people in front of you.” Our baby had thrown up all over us when we got there and it ... read more
Been here since 4pm , it is now 9:30pm We sat from 4-7pm , no one came in to check until my daughter called an said she wanted to leave because she didn't wanna sit anymore. It is now 9:30pm and they just came in an said there doing an X-ray after we just waited for 5 hours straight, so by the time we get the X-ray test back it will be a whole nother 2 hour wait not including even more time it takes them to actually come tell us the results.... So sitting for 8+ hours straight is plain rediculous

I brought my baby in for a virus, to have her oxygen levels monitored and one of the male nurses came into our room and asked me what happened to her face. He left the room after I told him she scratched herself, and shortly after I saw him observing us from the lobby. After thinking about it, clearly there’s something to be insinuated by asking that question… as if I could be responsible for it. We’re talking a superficial scratch smaller than a grain of rice.
