The worst hospital I ever seen, not one of them. Waiting 10 hours there may be getting taken care for 10 minutes, with $$$10k$$$$$ more out of pocket!!! I have twice similar experience for my kids.
No wonder this emergency room has the low ratings its does. Its sad for what's supposed to be one of the best children's hospitals in the country. FIVE HOURS to be told they cant anything. Youre better off going to any other ER to be told the same thing
Very disappointing experience at Seattle Children’s Our experience at Seattle Children’s Urgent Care and Emergency Room was extremely disappointing and, unfortunately, very traumatic for our 4-year-old son. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on what we went through, I would seriously consider going to a general hospital such as EvergreenHealth or Providence rather than bringing my child here again. My child needed medication after being seen in the Emergency Department. The hospital initially failed to send the prescription at all. After we contacted them and waited for the issue to be addressed, they then sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. What made this significantly worse was how long it took... read more
