Thank you guys for your professionalism! Everything was done quickly, precisely, before diagnosis all necessary tests were done, nothing “just in case (like antibiotics) were not prescribed. All the staff we met were attentive, polite, kind and well trained to communicate with kids, with both our (1 was 7 months old and 3yo toddler). All bad options were checked. If I could give the ER zero stars, I would. This was the worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. The staff were cold and dismissive - completely opposite of how you’d expect children and parents in crisis to be treated. Our 5-year-old was crying in severe pain and vomiting for over 5 hours in the waiting room and no one seemed to care at all. At one point, they even brushed it off and said, “maybe it’s just strep throat.” Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this ER if you value compassionate and timely care for your child.
My six-year-old daughter, Ellis, fell out of a tree. She broke both her wrists, her right collarbone, her left ankle, and she lost three grown-up teeth. She also had a very deep cut across her cheek and lip. But did they care? No they did not. They took x-rays--even though it was clear what was and wasn't broken. They, saying 'she'll be fine,' gave her Tylenol and moved onto the next patient, an older boy who had a 'sprained' ankle (that suspiciously kept changing which side was injured). I don't have words about this!!! I got 9:00 p.m. have to 3:30 a.m. without any help without visit 2 hours how? it is emergency? I say please my kid is very sick they are not help. Anyways I don't recommend this emergency got this hospital because they are not help. 6 hours without any help way?
Went there 6 times because my baby was sick and they did nothing just look at hee said she is fine and sent us home even though baby still sick
