My six-year-old daughter, Ellis, fell out of a tree. She broke both her wrists, her right collarbone, her left ankle, and she lost three grown-up teeth. She also had a very deep cut across her cheek and lip. But did they care? No they did not. They took x-rays--even though it was clear what was and wasn't broken. I don't have words about this!!! I got 9:00 p.m. have to 3:30 a.m. without any help without visit 2 hours how? it is emergency? I say please my kid is very sick they are not help. Anyways I don't recommend this emergency got this hospital because they are not help. 6 hours without any help way?
Went there 6 times because my baby was sick and they did nothing just look at hee said she is fine and sent us home even though baby still sick
I was in the emergency room at Seattle Children's Hospital because my son dislocated his knee. We arrived at 11:30 am and left at 10:00 pm. The service was poor by the staff. You asked for help and they only told you in a moment and it took hours for someone to come check what was wrong. The only thing they did was take x-rays and give him ibuprofen and for that it took more than 10 hours. I think they need to greatly improve the care given to their patients. I brought my 2-year-old daughter to Seattle Children’s ER few days ago for a facial laceration. After over 5 hours of waiting, we were told by the medical student that a supervising doctor would perform the sutures. But without our knowledge or consent, the medical student actually performed the procedure — even though we specifically asked who would be doing it.
