Seattle's first and only caviar house makes the lap of luxury a little cozier. – In Short Inside the sleek, gold and black storefront, crystal bowls display glistening onyx and topaz-colored caviar-like beads (the real stuff is carefully stored at 28-32 degrees) and tiny mother-of-pearl spoons. Owners Dale and Betsy Sherrow are generous hosts and amiable guides who will help you decipher the menu of Caspian Sea and domestic caviars by offering tidbits of trivia and spoon-sized samples for serious buyers.
Value... Service... Quality – Ordered a variety of caviar from them after getting a primer (on paddlefish) from the informative, chatty and ultrapatient woman taking my phone order (I could here lots of customers in the background, but she made no effort to rush me). Not only did the caviar arrive quickly, but nicely chilled because is was well wrapped with cold packs and then tucked into a cute insulated cooler.
