They took my car from Walla Wall, WA to Portland, OR. All questions were answered while investigating options. Dispatch was especially helpful with the coordination of the origin pick up location. Our car arrived overall very clean with no damage. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them if you need your car transported anywhere. And if you can, work with Elena. She was really helpful.

They shipped my car from Battle Creek, Michigan to Seattle, Washington without any accident. The only negative side of my move was that the delivery was delayed by two days but still ok bc I got it in a good shape

They were able to assign a shipper within a day. I got advance email of the days the trucking company would pick up and deliver to Seattle. Everything was cool, their schedule worked for me best, I would say they adjusted their schedule to my timeframe which was great. But then many things changed. I understand that there is some variability in pickup/drop off times with their trucks however it was a bit frustrating that my car was picked up 4 days later than the promised day, however, I can’t probably complain since it occu... read more

While the scheduling went smoothly, I had no issues with them. Their quote was significantly lower than the other shipping companies. But then there was some difficulty locating a carrier for my vehicle to LA, which resulted in a delayed pickup. Delivery happened on time. There was no damage or anything stolen from my car.

Working with Elena over the phone was fine. She created a sense of confidence while giving my vehicle to someone else for several days. The truck driverhowever was late to pick up my Honda Civic. I was told the car would be picked up Monday evening, but the pickup date kept getting pushed back day after day. However, she was there to let me know about all the delays and estimated delivery dates. The car was delivered on the date she indicated and exactly as it was when it was picked up.
