I made a booking for one weekend day and there was no info about cancelation policy and I need to cancel a couple day after (5 days before the booked date), the website said will take $20 dollars cancelation fee which is fine by me and it specifically said will refund the rest (I have a screen shot of all that) then it never sent me an email with the cancellation and took my money as an account credit! I mean I want it refunded and have no desire of an account credit! I also tried to call so many times throughout the process... read more
Fun time on a boat at a very reasonable price compared to others in seattle and the ability to rent tubes, wakeboards, etc. Great service and nice folks. Will definitely be going back.
Beware, the website is very misleading. It says sign up for a free account and then book your boat. When you sign up it then prompts you for payment to get a $7,000 membership. I called them and they said that's just there to stop people because they won't rent a boat unless you sign up for one of their classes first. All of those requirements would be fine, IF they showed them upfront before getting your personal information in the form of a sign up.
