My kid slipped in the bathtub and while the kid was ok the bathtub wasn’t. His knee went completely through the floor of the tub leaving a knee sized hole in it exposing the subfloor below. I assumed I’d be spending $10k to replace the tub and tile surround. Then I talked to Graham. He fixed the hole like it never happened for less than 1/10th of what I thought I’d be spending. Graham is the bathtub hole/crack repair master. Don’t call anyone else. He shows up on time, warranties his work and is a very nice guy too.
The owner came today and worked on two sinks and a bathtub, the work was fantastic! Great price, very professional, and the work was flawless.
We hired Graham for one of our properties in Mercer Island and he did an amazing job. We ended up calling him for a couple more; we can say he did a cleaned and detailed job each time!
If you are like me, you prefer communicating with the guy on a job who does the actual work. From start to finish, that is Graham. Nothing but the highest praise for his professionalism, workmanship, and he goes the extra mile by giving you pointers on how to take care of things moving forward. Just a wonderful guy to work with, highly recommended!
I'd give 6 stars if I could. Graham was professional, reliable, flexible and finished work in less time than I expected. I've been waiting 25 years to have my tub redone and now it's beautiful. As we say in Italian: Grazie mille!
