Super easy to schedule the appointment, was told it would take about 30 minutes to review the damage and then up to 48 hours after that to receive my quote, but I left with the quote in hand in less than 30 minutes! Kaiko went above and beyond the call of duty, negotiating successfully with my insurance carrier for approval to provide (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer parts. Crash Champions is who Statefarm referred me to and scheduled me with after my parked car was hit and run in a very tricky spot between doors and on body lines (I’m assuming backed into with a tow hitch). My Audi is my baby, and has a particular metallic paint color so I was very worried about it being able to be fixed back to “new”.
