The car was repaired as quickly as possible. The staff was very professional and friendly.
Crash Champions fixed our car after it was hit in a parking lot. The insurance process was incredibly smooth, and their customer service is impeccable! I would definitely return for future post collision needs.
I had parking lot damage on the passenger side rear.The car was two weeks old so I was pretty upset. The quarter panel had broken away and white paint on the bumper. The estimator popped the quarter panel back in place and had the bumper buffed which made it look almost like new. There was no charge for this which was pretty amazing. They were very helpful and understanding about how I was feeling. Nice to know there are still places that care about their customers.
