This has been an absolute nightmare they stole an item from my car forgot to replace part of it the paint is dripping there are scratches on the dash paint on the seats and lack of sanding has left the rear wheel well sharp as a knife the part that was supposed to be fixed is still completely crooked with 1 inch gaps. No fun to have to repair your car, but Crash Champions made it as easy as possible. Very friendly greeting by Mr. Flowers and then the tech explained the repair process very well and kept in touch throughout the process. Keiko always responded in a timely manner and they even worked to get my repair finished before my insurance stopped paying for my car rental. So grateful and pleased with results! Hope I don't have to see them again but will definitely use if needed.
A recent car accident left my car for a loss after being towed to Crash Champions. Both Mr. Flowers and John were so helpful and compassionate. I 100% recommend this shop for repair of cars and spirit.

If I could give 0 stars to this shop I would. I do not recommend this location to anyone expecting timely service, clear communication, or fair billing. I brought my 2018 Jeep Cherokee to this shop for rear bumper accident repairs and also requested several self-pay services while my vehicle was already in their possession: replacement of my left rear tire, a tire rotation, and brake pad replacement.
