Never trust a place that hides its prices. To respond to their comment below: Just put each price on the website. Don’t waste time with this nonsense. Put your prices on the website. Don’t play games. Don’t do special prices for some folks. Spend less time responding to Google reviews and more time clearly listing your prices. If you are embarrassed to show your prices because you think it’ll turn customers off, then you probably already know your gym isn’t worth it.
I expected to only be in the area for a short while but ended up staying for 10 months. This was the gym I used and I am so sad I’ve had to leave it! Super close to where I was living, clean facilities, never TOO crowded (even during peak hours) that I couldn’t get to what I needed (which if you know you know, what a blessing this is…). Kaitlyn at the front desk is incredible! I’ve been a regular for a while so when I come in she knows exactly what locker I like to reserve - the small touches like that are impressive and just show how excellent the customer service is here!
