Excellent Tai Chi classes Each one in sync with the others I feel good and that have learned something with every class
Martial arts are fantastic at SAMMA. They way how they teach is amazing and safe for adults and kids. My husband and son are part of the group and they love it! I really appreciate the community clinic on Thursday. Dr Bradley is a great contributor to this community. I strongly recommend you to try Acupuncture there.
Daniel is an incredible teacher, able to connect with students in an engaging and energetic way. I'm only taking Tuina classes with him at the moment but I'm certain his teaching skills translate to his martial arts classes as well. He's approachable, welcomes questions, and is able to talk to you in a manner you can understand without talking down to you. Plus, hey, he's a nationally published author - not too shabby!
