Chris is amazing. I am abroad most of the time for work and Chris checks on my condo. Besides his excellent reliability, communication, and photo reports, he has caught major damage caused by my neighbors that allowed me to follow up and stop it before it got worse - which otherwise might have gone for months undetected. He is a great guy and trustworthy - I am so happy I learned about him from a colleague. I strongly recommend Chris if you need someone to watch your house.

My husband is working over seas in Israel and I had the opportunity to go spend time with him followed by an extended vacation in Mexico from January to June 2025. I stumbled upon Seattle Area Home Watch Services with a Google search and I couldn’t have been happier with my find. We used Seattle Area Homewatch while we were in AZ for 6 months. Chris is very thorough in his house checking and provides photos and a report of each home check visit. He was very helpful in resolving a couple of problems with our mail forwarding and security cameras. We highly recommend Chris.
