Dan installed a freestanding fireplace for us. He didn't finish due to the gas line hookup pipe fittings. We were instructed to just replace it ourselves and he would come back if there was any problems. He insisted to get paid right on the spot on Venmo. We stupidly agree to it and paid him. I have now call them 4 times on different days to have them come take a look. I was told the technician installed the place would contact me when he is available. I am still waiting..... Will call on Monday again...
I just got off the phone with Paul Elano, who hung up on me. I paid this company in excess of $1,500 to have my furnace serviced and vents/shafts cleaned. Since then, when I tried to turn on the heat, it no longer works. Not only was Paul rude and dismissive, but he also claimed he could not find any record of the service, even after I provided the invoice number directly to him. This is unacceptable.
