HORRIBLE RIDING EXPERIENCE IN EVANS, GEORGIA. THE DRIVER DID NOT BUCKLE ALL OF ME & I ( AND MY SPECIALTY PRESSURE RELIEF CUSHION) WENT FLYING OUT OF MY CHAIR, SPILLED HALF MY COFFEE... ONTO MY BAG & TABLET. I FELL ON MY LEFT SIDE HIP, WHICH I HAD JUST BEEN SEEN AT THE JMS BUILDING/BURN CENTER FOR, IT'S MY "BAD" SIDE. I WILL NOT GET BACK INTO A VAN IF HE IS THE DRIVER EVER AGAIN. ~~FROM A VERY DISGRUNTLED PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED RIDER IN EVANS, GEORGIA!!!!~~
I requested not to be transported by this company anymore because the driver was really nasty with me when I asked to retrieve my sisters footrests for her wheelchair because he couldnt take her without them. He would not wait. I give them a zero rating
