++ Excellent service today from Shean at Seatra International for our 10yo Trail-a-mate. He serviced it, giving a great lesson on how, he knows his stuff. Highly recommend.
Had a issue with my traila mate mark ll jack leaking so spoke to Shaun with regards to what could be causing the issue and he suggested a couple of things without success so I arranged a time to meet him and he put new seals in and had the whole thing sorted in about 20 minutes. Have nothing but absolute praise for Shaun and his brilliant service I highly recommend both his company and products.
After resealing my Trail A Mate jack, I required an extra seal and some advice on the jack creeping down. I dealt with Shaun who went over and above all expectations. Thanks for your help and proud to support an Aussie company. Russ
