Although the system became operational after the visit, the overall impression was that the work had been carried out in a hurried manner, with limited focus on precision and long-term stability.
Honest, quality service. Had a car key that I had purchased online and cut by Burdick Security, but was missing the transponder. They recommended me to these guys, and they transferred the one from my old key (broken housing, working transponder) to the new one at no charge. Also overheard one of the two folks helping someone else out over the phone, and they provided options along with pros and cons. Didn't seem pushy, or try to upcharge. Would definitely go back with any lock related issues.
The only place for lock repair/work I will ever go! As a female senior citizen I find my myself skeptical of many mechanics but not this company. This was my second visit to Seatown locksmith and was once again completely satisfied. Justin has helped me both times and he has always been courteous, knowledgeable,and professional.
Skip the dealership and visit these guys instead if you need car fob keys cut and programmed! They had the job done successfully in less than 10 minutes, and beat the dealership's price for the same service by $250. Very appreciative of their prompt and precise efforts.
The locksmith looked tired and distracted. He made several mistakes and didn’t correct them. The lock feels unstable. They charged extra for “extended time.” Not worth the cost.
