I previously had a 5 star review, but never updated it after multiple interactions. First the good, super professional, and very friendly staff. Now the bad, this company sucks you dry without ever fixing anything. First appt was to fix a leaking mini split, they cleaned it and tinkered with it but didn't fix it. They sold me on some electrical/plumbing inspection thing and when they came out they couldn't even explain what they were doing or why it was valuable. Arrived on schedule and work was done quickly.
3-5-25 Technician, Austin Councilman came to our house. I explained the problem. A gas leak most likely under the house with 3' to 3.5' crawl space. He said no problem then got to work. Austin came out from under the house after a some time. He explained to me he pulled back all the insulation from the pipes and soaped all fittings and found no leaks checked twice. Also, took photos. Replaced the insulation while he was down there. He then checked the new piping in the kitchen not installed by Seatown, and it was also good. ... read more
Another issue and another time Seatown came to the rescue. Their Plumbing team showed up for an emergency leak we were having and found the smallest pinhole in a pipe that was causing it. They fixed the problem quickly and swiftly. Water was a return to the building and everyone is happy. There's a reason you call Seatown and their team of experts. It's because they quick to respond, experienced in resolving issues, and do it all with a smile. I could not thank Dakota and Matthew enough for their hard work in saving the day.
