This company is absolutely terrible. We scheduled an appointment for today, August 23rd, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM. Our window came and went, but no one showed up. We called multiple times, hoping they would call us back soon, but no one did. A plumber never even came to our home. I have water backing up into my house, and I waited all day for help, but it was for nothing. Now, we have to find someone else to come out. This is a nightmare of a company, and I strongly advise against using them.

Had appointment even got text saying they were on the way. Never showed up. Call d twice never got a response. So I waited all day long. So beware they are not dependable. Don’t waste your only day off with waiting for them.
This was a really great experience. Taylor was knowledgeable and super friendly and explained the issue and solution throughly. It was way less expensive than expected, especially since a prior electrician gave an incredibly high number for the fix.
We’ve used these guys for a few times and they’re always on time, professional, communicative and have always done a great job! Highly recommend!
