My daugher was having difficult swimming and a lady who worked there came and helped her.. I asked for her name i think she said cate or catie. Lovely space and staff.
Agree with the other 5 star reviews. The shower facilities are modern and always clean, the pool is also clean. The customer service is really why I felt compelled to provide a review. Exceptional service.
Every time you try and ring this place to make a make up they cancel your class and they don’t give you a credit for a make-up class and they ask you to pay for the money at the end. You don’t get your son or daughter learning to swim rather just draining your money and when you try and ask why did this error happen? They say we don’t know and you’re still going to pay for the monthly fee.
