This person is a fraud and liar she managed to illegally evicted me based on a fradulant eviction for 270.00 as she sat I lew of a security deposit in the amount of $500.00 information she intentionally withheld from the courts and because she has friends that she has worked with in the county were she rents property she will manipulate and circumvent the process to get her way. Cathy Seaton Falsifies documents and passes herself off as a certified/licensed roof inspector when she’s only a general contractor. She lied on an inspection she was hired to do on our property and was questioned on the inspection and continued to pass property that had obvious damage. Do not hire or trust this person.
