great value.
Heater in room hardly works ,toilet keeps flushing got to bang buttons to stop it .Smoke alarm not on its mounted plate ,smoke alarm left up on top of mirror cupboard . Extremely Dated rooms in desperate need of up dating .No on call service over night when required for help rang re heat no reply.
Place is a bit worn out. Need an upgrade. Place is fair, close to albury city centre.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Everything was fine until we realised they had a cockroach problem and a refusal to deal with it. Idk if they were racist or what but the lady with the red bob was so rude to my mother when my mother told her there was a cockroach INSIDE of our duvet, first she said it was normal for there to be cockroaches (maybe at your accommodation?) and then proceeded to say “you should book somewhere else because I don’t want to hear about the cockroaches again?” While we were taking the grace... read more
