Always a great stay.
We only stayed 1 night. Bed very comfortable. Shower hot. Tea and Coffee making facilities in room. Room and bathroom very clean. Just out dated decor. The lovely girl at reception recommended the SS&A next door for dinner- and it was delicious.

Heater in room hardly works ,toilet keeps flushing got to bang buttons to stop it .Smoke alarm not on its mounted plate ,smoke alarm left up on top of mirror cupboard . Extremely Dated rooms in desperate need of up dating .No on call service over night when required for help rang re heat no reply.
