Been dealing with this since last October. This is my last email to them: Please advise as I am now no longer getting any response from your company. See below. You acknowledge the cancellation due to the fact that you could not actually supply me with the product I ordered and paid for on your website. It is shown below from your company to process the refund and yet there is no evidence that this has ever happened. Please respond so I know which legal steps to take next to address this issue.
Absolutely Do Not Trust This Company – Total Scam! If I could give this company negative stars I WOULD!! I placed an order for what were advertised as refurbished office chairs. What we received was absolute garbage. First of all, I waited for over 6 months for the chairs when I was told I would have the chairs within a month. Steelcase V1 Chair was used/refurbished - in a very bad way.... Arrived with a cracked arm piece that cuts me when I move the chair arm, and came with absolutely no assembly instructions. Chair sinks 2 inches when I sit down, then pops back up when I stand up. Rusted center metal support piece. Sticker on the bottom says manufactured in 2003, and sticker was all torn up and greasy!!! My fiancé ordered a chair from this company on 12/16 for his son as a Christmas gift. At first he was told there would be shipping delays and to expect the chair to ship end of December. Fine. No problem. Then additional emails were sent by company advising it would be January. The delays continued until a ‘representative’ by the name of Jacob Kellner advised my fiancé that the chair actually was not able to ship and offered a refund of $499.99 to go back on the credit / debit card. I ordered 2 chairs for black friday. It is now february, and I still have not received them. When I contact customer support, they just keep pushing back the shipment date. They have thousands of dollars of my money and still have not provided their service.
