Same story as the other posters. I ordered a chair a month ago. Crickets... Just got an email inviting me to leave a review. It's all automated, even the fake customer service.
One month after ordering the chair hasn't shipped, no communication unless customer initiated. No indication on the website that the product wouldn't ship immediately. google wont let me put in zero stars
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires that sellers ship items within the time frame stated in their ads or — if no time is specified — within 30 days of receiving the order. If the seller cannot ship within that time: They must notify you of the delay. Provide a new shipping date. Offer the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund. If they do not provide a shipping date, you may cancel immediately and request a full refund.
i'd rather stand all day than have to deal with a store like this!
Purchased a chair, the ram leaked oil and chair sits all the way down in the lowest position. They say they have a 12 year manufacture warranty but cannot get customer service to reply to phone calls or emails. I would not trust them again. I wish I would have checked reviews about seating mind before purchasing.
