Order not fulfilled after 1 month. Only after I contacted them was a refund offered. Refund will take 2 weeks to process. Massive waste of time for what should be a simple transaction.
Been a week. Order hasn't shipped yet. Will update when I receive my chair. Update: Chair arrived missing essential springs in the back seating hinges. Was told that it was as expected. I had to contact the chair manufacturer, send them multiple videos, and purchase new springs directly from them. Was a whole ordeal - wouldn’t do it again.
We received our chair and it’s beautiful! We paid for and had it delivered assembled which I highly recommend. Jacob did a great job with communicating with me and answering questions I had throughout the process. Thanks again and Happy Holidays!
I’m deeply disappointed in customer service which in fact dos not exist ! I ordered new chair and after several weeks received poorly packaged used chair which was heavily used and malfunctioning they tried to spray paint and hide blemishes it’s a shame ! Please stay away from this business they are dishonest and do your self a favor go to places where you can try and physically see what you purchasing before you spend your hard earned money. bought a $500 office chair. It was broken upon arrival. I have since returned the chair and have been waiting months for a refund. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.
