Didn't get my tickets until 3 hours before my event's start time, despite my buying tickets over a month in advance, and SeatGeek's promise to give you your tickets by the "business day" prior to your event, which is stress-inducing enough all by itself, especially for those of us who are planning a whole day around an event and have to travel, etc. Had to cut out part of my plans because I was worried I was going to have to stand in line at the box office and buy new tickets and pray for a refund.
