Too many excuses, no results. Went back and forth many times with Roger to no avail. Would answer my calls with promises and apologies then I'd hear nothing until my next call. This went on for weeks. I eventually stopped calling or texting to see what would happen and, shockingly, absolutely nothing happened. Not chur the Rodge.
Roger was very efficient with our seatbelt repairs. He is a seatbelt expert and I'm very happy he shared his knowledge with me to help save me time and money! Thanks Roger
I just saw Seatbelt Solutions on the web and got in touch. I met Roger because I had a fray on my seatbelt that caused me to fail my WOF. He booked me in the very next day, removed the seatbelt, and fitted a temporary one so I could still use my car. A few days later, he returned and installed the new seatbelt. He was always on time, professional, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend him—he’s a great guy! 🙌
I am still waiting for Roger after 12 months to fix a rear seatbelt. Excuses, excuses and more excuses. I would not give Roger the time of day. I phoned Seatbelts 4U and immediately my seatbelt problem disappeared.
Very bad communication and it’s been two months no response after multiple calls & txt. He does not prioritise small business customers.
