Unfortunately I wish this could be a better review, however I'm sad to say that my parents were quoted $300.00 to have some plugs changed and their engine checked. Final bill $800.00!! The estimate and the final bill, with no change in the work authorized, or performed resulted in a %300 increase in cost. Dwayne Ott founder of this business, your father would be ashamed of his sons.

Kimberley Jones-Massey can you give your parents name, kind of vehicle and date of repair, this just doesn't sound right, please let me find out what you are referring to. I have had several customer recently thinking that they were here at Seatac Transmission but were actually at a different repair facility. This just doesn't sound like something that would happen here, thanks
