Soli was the very courteous and efficient driver who picked us up from the Westin hotel and carried us to Pier 66 for our cruise. Then, he met us as we came back from the cruise and took us to the train station and airport. Soli was friendly and got us to where we needed to go. I definitely recommend this van service and will use them again next time I'm in Seattle.

I never write reviews, but I really felt it was necessary to warn others of this business, which utilizes extortion to swindle people out of their money. I have also never done this before, but I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU in hopes of making their practices known. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM! We scheduled a one way shuttle assuming that the price was as listed on the website - right before pickup we were told that the price would be double what was listed because of an extra charge that he had not disclosed. When I told him that we couldn't afford to pay double the price and would not be taking the shuttle - he was angry and abusive on the phone - I have since seen that others have had very similar experiences.

Great quality service offered! Friendly staff. Flexible with our group. Couldn't have worked out better for us. Would highly recommend.
