Came in twice for an sos error message fault, the first appointment took 4 hours and the second appointment took 7 hours with me waiting, immediately on the drive home the error reappears on both occasions. Also disgusted that issues highlighted on the first appointment including cracked bushes weren’t picked up on the second occasion, how can one technician spot something and then the second time they don’t see it.
Sam was brilliant from start to finish, she is a very friendly and approachable member of staff. She answered any questions I had and went above and beyond.
Excellent service from JCT 600 and from Umayr who made things really simple when coming to buy a new car
Came down recently, and can’t fault anything diagnosed my car followed the steps for warranty let me know what to do until my next appointment fingers crossed car will be fixed next month. Service was top notch and a big shout out to Mohammed Amin who kept me up to date with everything. A update on the review my car is running silky smooth and managed to get repaired within 2 days all up to date and cleaned also, touchwood nothing else occurs.
