Twice Bus 5 pass me by as I was sitting inside the Seat bus bench depot next to Backus Hospital. I called the seat bus customer service number and was told they would pick me up at the Seat bus depot but after being passed by twice he said now I am supposed to wait across the street and not at their own bus depot. Very rude driver and customer service. It is cold and now dark outside and he has no idea what time they will be back.

So I must say, it is the most bizarre thing to have public servants talking about the public as if we weren't right there... Cursing and just saying some sideways ish that should be kept to themselves but definitely doesn't help or serve the public they swore oathe to. And it gets even weirder... On CT Transit buses and other CT bus providers make it so the public wifi on the bus that we already pay for is available for the public to use, as it should be because we're paying for it, but nah not down here on seat. If I could give zero u would the managers in office terrible in customer service. They talk nasty and mean to paying customers. I can’t believe they can have this company like this. They lie all tge commercials are untrue. If a bus from one route is late and you miss a transfer you wait another hour gor bus to come back and the organizations or the managers are nasty . I wish there was a way to report them in their incompetence, they need to have some kind of investigation for this organization .
