Terrible experience from start to finish. I own a bike fitting company based in the UK and I ordered a $14,499 Fit Bike Pro 1 from Purely Custom who are owned by Seastrom Manufacturing. The Fit Bike that I received looked different to the images on the Purely Custom website with no explanation why this was the case. It was poorly packaged and arrived damaged.
