Extremely friendly folks who are there to help you ! Delivery was prompt and requested to extend over the phone which was seamless as well - thank you Scott and gang for what you do!! Equipment was high quality for a rental and even life jacket was very durable/ comfortable and not a cheap knock off - Happy paddling!!

Unfortunately I had a negative experience with this shop today. I called in the morning to make sure they carried the type of paddles I was looking for, and received a helpful and polite answer. I drove an hour to the shop, only to find it closed 3 hours early, with a note taped to the door mentioning they were out making deliveries. I called the number in question, spoke briefly with a gentleman and then waited half an hour for a call back with more info that never came. The Absolute Best Kayak Buying Experience! We recently bought new kayaks from Seaspray Kayak in Brunswick. Hands down – it was the best retail experience we've had in years. Scott, the owner is super knowledgeable and patient, he answered the many questions we had, no pressure to buy. But we did – two kayaks and two new paddles!
