NOT GOOD! I have to say I was disappointed in dealing with this guy. IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THIS GUY AFTER READING THIS, The MOST Important thing I can say is GET the estimate in writing BOTH time frame & Price. This guy was way off on both. Took him my 2016 Regency tri-toon boat & he said "I'll be the first one to get done before all the boats come off the water and busy time hits". YEAH RIGHT! I just had my convertible top replaced. The car is older and I didn't know the extent of wear and tear. They were amazing and upfront about the process. My top looks great and the interaction was very positive. Definitely picked the right shop for the job. Thank you! Also, came out cheaper than surrounding competition.
Won't answer the phone when called. When they do they're extremely rude. Amazing they're still in business.
