We could not have felt more welcome at Seasons. Everyone was helpful and we couldn't expect more than that. Our meetings with Anne Marie and Michaella were wonderful and made us feel right at home. Thank you to all.
Michaella was amazing...so helpful and patient. My mother in law was a bit overwhelmed but Michaella put her at ease and was able to answer all our questions.
Sabrina gave my father and I am excellent your of the property and all the resources. She was very professional, friendly and understanding of my father's position. The residence is beautiful and 5star to all the others my father has toured. I would recommend this residence to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.
Sabrina was very welcoming, tour was very informative showing us all the beautiful areas for residents to enjoy. Sabrina was very compassionate and truly loves her role. She answered all our questions and supported my dad and our family. The residents living in the home also provided information and shared their positive experiences living at Seasons. 4 months of dad living in the Memory care unit is not what we were led to believe on admission.
