I've been visiting a loved one at Seasons, now Chartwell Fraser Terrace, since 2021. Overall, it has been a wonderful place, with a warm atmosphere, caring staff, and a strong sense of community. The one area that has consistently been disappointing is the food. Much of it seems to be frozen, Sysco-style products that are often overcooked and lacking flavour. There are some people you meet during difficult transitions in life who leave a lasting impression, and Erica is absolutely one of those people. I have recently toured Seasons Retirement home and was greeted with Erica whom is a very caring helpful person. She made my tour extra special by giving me all the time in the world to view the entire place. I fell in love with it as soon as I entered the building. They have so many things available to do, I am looking forward to meeting new people soon.

My tour guide, Erica, was warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions thoroughly and showed me the key features in the building. This retirement community is clean and entry into the building is very secure. Lots of amenities for the residents to enjoy.
