My sister and I just visited this location (Cambridge) and were very pleased with the facility and community. Erica the Leasing Manager was very kind and answered our questions thoroughly. The staff seemed to be pleasant and happy working with the senior tenants which was lovely to see. The Memory Care floor layout was perfect. We look forward to potentially moving our mother here in the future as we feel this would be a great facility to help a loved one with their life with dementia.
We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience ! Matt was incredibly thorough, all the way through the process. He encouraged questions and was very patient with both of us. If Matt's level of service is any indication of how Seasons operates, you could not go wrong !
