The front desk staff and support staff are wonderful! Specific shout out to Deanna and Rosie, they are always so kind and personable every time I come in to see my loved one. The staff treat my loved one very well and are always willing to help her when she has any questions. They even treat her dog very well and give him lots of love when they see him in the halls. The two pieces of feedback I have that would improve the overall experience would be 1. Add more variety to the menu for residents. My loved one is not a big eat... read more

My Mother in Law resides at the Trenton facility. I am always impressed by the cheerful greeting I receive each time I visit. The staff in general are very hard working, cheerful and always willing to go out of their way to be helpful. The food selection is very generous and there are always at least two choices for each meal. The place is spotless, the management attentive to the residents needs and all financial transactions are thoroughly explained.
